Virtusa - International Hiring - 2021

We at Virtusa are hiring freshers for our international requirement (US Office). However, this is a very specific requirement and not all the students qualify – Kindly read the below instructions  -

1. Candidate must possess a valid Passport (Issued by US Government Only) – Meaning the candidate should have been born in US but returned to India for education / Family requirement (or)
2. Candidate must possess a valid Green card (Issued by US Government Only) – Meaning post birth the candidate have spent a longer time in US or have their ancestors in US who have sponsored Citizenship status (or)
3. Candidate possess a Valid Permanent Resident Card issued by US Government

1. Degree – BE / B Tech / MCA (Cut Off – 60% Throughout
2. Stream – CS / IT / ECE / EEE / IS
3. YOP – 2020 / 2021 / 2022

Process 

1. Online Assessment on HackerRank
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Terms of employment –

1. Initial 6 to 9 months in India for Training – India CTC applicable
2. Post completion of Training, movement to US – Permanent
3. Milestone CTC in US starting with USD 45K to begin with
4. 2 year Service Agreement Applicable
