A passionate teacher and a dedicated researcher with research expertise in Water Treatment Technologies, Material Chemistry especially Polymers and Composites; Nanoparticles; Photocatalysts; Membrane; Sensors. I have completed both M.Sc. Chemistry (2009) from The Gandhigram Rural Institute, Tamil Nadu. I have awarded with Ph.D in Chemistry (Full-Time) on October 2014 under the Guidance of Prof.S.Meenakshi, The Gandhigram Rural Institute, Tamil Nadu. I was working as Post Doctoral Associate (2015-16) and Research Associate (2016-21) at Department of Chemical Engineering, SRM IST, Kattankulathur. Have 9.5 Years of teaching experience and 16 Years of research experience as on June 2025. Completed DST-WTI Major Research Project as Principal Investigator - Cost of 31.78 L. Have 28 Research Articles in SCI/Scopus Journals (as on June 2025 with highest IF: 20.4; Average IF: 7). I was awarded with Research Fellowship in Science for Meritorious Students (5 years) by University Grants Commission-Basic Scientific Research, New Delhi (2009-2014); Guided six M.Tech projects and many B.Tech projects and guiding 2 Ph.D scholars. Presented papers in more than 60 International/National Conferences including Technical Talk. Won best paper awards in conferences and serving as reviewer for reputed journals
