KPRIET conducted a 30 days training program on manufacturing household chemical and herbal projects under the Entrepreneurship skill Development programme in association with the MSME, Government of India.The objective of the programme is to motivate the ruaral people to consider self employment or entrepreneurship as one of the career options. Individuals, Irrespective of educational background and age, participated. Professionals and entrepreneurs from various field shared their experience, business opportunities, marketing and business planning. They also explained the Central and State policies and grants available to start their own ventures. about 10 trainers taught the procedure of making daily household items including Soap, washing powder, washing liquid, Shampoo, Face cream, lip balm, Shampoo, kajal, Facecream, Kunkumum, Javadhu powder, sanitizer , washing gel ,Agarbakthigal, Smabirani and vermicompost. The were prepared more product and final day they are displayed their own product for Products Display. Totally 30 participants from various village were participated. All students and Staffs visited and buy all the products. The participants learnt more about Marketing , start-up, Business techniques from training programme and product display.
