HANDS ON TRAINING USING MOTORSOLVE, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

The EKKI KPRIET International Water Technology Centre (EIWTC) organized a hands-on workshop on “Design of BLDC Motors using Motor Solve Software” on 09/03/2024. A heart-warming welcome was delivered by Prof.B.Lalitha, AP (Sr.G). Prof.C.J.Vignesh, AP (Sr.G)/EEE has delivered valuable hands-on presentation on

•              Basics of Motorsolve software

•              Model building in Motorsolve software

•              Statics 2D modelling of electromagnet

•              Brushless motor – 2D transient with motion

•              Import and export design model into solid work

•              Statics BLDC motor and induction motor design

•              Flux analysis and field study on motor model

The hands-on program provided the experience on installation of Design of BLDC Motors using Motor Solve Software, menu and tools usage, 2D design, application of Magnet software. The   vote   of   thanks   was   delivered by Dr.C.Pazhanimuthu, AP (Sl.G)/EEE. There were 29 students actively participated the programme and get benefited. At the end of the session the students can able to designed the brushless DC motor using Motorsolve software. The department of EEE thanks to the management for providing this opportunity to conduct the two-day workshop successfully.
