A one-credit course titled "Pump Technology - Introductory Course" was conducted for third-year EEE and Mechanical Engineering students on October 16, 2024. The course covered fundamental topics, including pump basics, different types of pumps, pump applications, motor integration, and recent advancements in pump technology. For practical exposure, an industry visit to Deccan Pumps and EKKI Pumps was arranged in the afternoon session.
A total of 97 students participated and benefited from this course.
