This workshop is the second installment in our startup creation series, designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startup founders with the essential knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities to launch and grow a successful startup. During the session, the participants learned about the five modules: how to refine their business ideas, develop viable business models, and understand market validation, customer discovery, and acquisition strategies. The resource person alo highlighted about effective team building, management, and funding techniques, and developed go-to-market strategies and revenue growth plans. By attending this workshop, all participants gained an insight to create a clear business plan and pitch, expand their professional network, gain valuable insights, increase confidence, and access some of the well-known resources such as funding opportunities and mentorship.
