The workshop provided an in-depth understanding of mechatronic systems and their integration into MATLAB, focusing on practical skills and advanced techniques. III-year students and faculty members on Mechatronics Engineering explored topics such as mathematical modeling, Simulink for dynamic simulations, Simscape for motor and thermal analysis, and multi-body physics. The session highlighted PID tuning, SolidWorks integration with MATLAB, and Arduino-MATLAB interfacing for real-time applications. Participants bridged the gap between theory and practice, gaining insights into industry-relevant challenges in automation and robotics. The event successfully enhanced interdisciplinary skills and prepared attendees for future endeavors.
