The Career Development Cell and Department of ECE at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology successfully organized the Guest Lecture Talk on Industry Readiness on 15th February 2025 at Veena Hall. The session featured Mr. Prabu K, Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition, Volvo Group India, and Mr. Aravind Warrier, HRBP-Lead-People & Culture, Volvo Group India, as the chief guests.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by the Career Development Cell Coordinator, highlighting the significance of industry readiness for students. The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in discussions about current job market trends, expectations of recruiters, and strategies to develop essential skills.
