The IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), in collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, organized an event titled “Energia’25” on 28th March 2025. The event featured multiple competitions including project presentations, paper presentations, a technical quiz, and a photography contest.
The event saw enthusiastic participation, with around 140 students from various engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu. Notably, 45 teams participated in the paper presentation, and 14 teams showcased their innovations in the project presentation.
Recognition was given to outstanding participants:
· Top 3 teams from both the paper and project presentation categories were awarded.
· One best photograph was selected from the photography contest.
· Certificates of participation were issued to all participants.
The event successfully provided a platform for young engineers to present their ideas, demonstrate technical knowledge, and engage in collaborative learning.
