The SC/ST Cell of KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology organized an orientation program titled “Strategy to Crack Core Placements and Government Jobs with GATE Preparation” on 09.04.2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at CAC Hall, exclusively for II and III year engineering students. The session featured expert speakers Mr. V. Sathyamoorthy and Mr. Vivekanandan Ragunathan, Co-Founders of The Masters Academy (GATE & IBPS), Coimbatore. Aimed at empowering students from marginalized communities, the program focused on effective strategies to simultaneously prepare for core company placements and competitive exams like GATE. The speakers provided detailed guidance on the GATE exam pattern, time management, core subject alignment, and career opportunities in PSUs and government sectors. With over 150 enthusiastic participants, the session received an overwhelmingly positive response, with students gaining motivation and clarity on planning their career paths. The event was well-coordinated and concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where the resource persons addressed students' queries and encouraged them to pursue their goals with confidence and consistency.
