The event on Electronic Component Identification, Testing, Soldering, and Desoldering Practices provided I CSE students with foundational knowledge and practical experience in core electronics skills. Students were able to recognize and test basic electronic components, understand their roles in circuits, and apply proper soldering and desoldering techniques. The hands-on nature of the workshop enhanced their confidence in handling hardware, encouraged attention to detail, and sparked interest in embedded systems and hardware programming. Overall, the session bridged the gap between computer science and electronics, fostering interdisciplinary learning and skill development.
