The SPARK 2025 – International Conference on Smart Systems, Power Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Knowledge Engineering was successfully conducted on 18th July 2025 at 10:00 AM at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. The event was graced by Dr. Sadhana Attavar, Chair of IEEE MOVE India and Member of the IEEE Humanitarian Technology Board, who inaugurated the conference and delivered an inspiring keynote address. Her talk emphasized the role of engineering in addressing humanitarian challenges, highlighting initiatives by IEEE MOVE and the importance of student involvement in technology-driven social impact. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 80 attendees, including faculty, researchers, and students. The keynote set a strong foundation for the conference, which continued with over 60 technical paper presentations on emerging technologies and their alignment with Sustainable Development Goals. Dr. Attavar’s presence provided a global perspective and encouraged participants to explore humanitarian technology avenues through platforms like IEEE SIGHT. The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants commending the relevance and impact of the discussions. Overall, SPARK 2025 proved to be a meaningful platform for innovation, collaboration, and socially responsible engineering.
