Centre for Staff Development organzied Faculty Orientation Programme for newly joined faculty members on August 2, 2025 at CARE Studio. This programme is designed to familiarize newly joined faculties with the institution’s vision, academic culture, policies, and best teaching practices. It served as a platform to help new faculty transition smoothly into their roles by providing essential insights into institutional procedures, curriculum planning, student engagement, research opportunities, and professional development avenues.
Through interactive sessions with senior academicians, administrative heads and experts in pedagogy, the programme aimed to foster a sense of belonging, promote interdisciplinary collaboration and instill a commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
This initiative reflects the institution’s dedication to nurturing its academic community and ensuring that every faculty member is equipped to contribute meaningfully to the holistic growth of the institution.
