Centre for Staff Development, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, in collaboration with RV University, successfully organized a Two-Day Faculty Workshop on the theme “Be a Great Mentor, To Be a Good Teacher” on 28th and 29th August 2025 at the CARE Studio.
The workshop aimed at empowering academic leaders with effective mentoring and teaching skills, focusing on enhancing their role as facilitators of learning and growth. Sessions were conducted by eminent resource persons who shared practical strategies, leadership insights, and innovative approaches to student engagement and mentorship.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, group activities, and reflective exercises that emphasized the dual role of faculty as mentors and educators. The interactive format fostered collaboration and encouraged sharing of best practices among the attendees.
The workshop concluded on a positive note, equipping faculty members with new perspectives and actionable takeaways to strengthen their academic leadership, mentorship, and teaching effectiveness.
