Mixed‑experience teams and “translation stations” ensure ideas travel across ages, languages, and expertise, while assessment favors a gallery walk and peer‑elected “surprise wins” to reward risk and novelty. A light longitudinal pulse gathers impact stories to iterate the format and publish a community zine, creating a sustainable feedback loop that celebrates creative thinking and continuous improvement.
