1. Welcome address given by Prof. N. Udhayakumar followed by presidential and special address given by Dr. Suriyakanth and Dr. K. Ravikumar
2. GATE Aspirants were gathered for the program conducted department of mechanical engineering – Chief Guest: Mr. Manoj Kumar R, currently pursuing M. Tech in Thermal Engineering in NIT Kurukshetra, GATE Rank 5150.
3. Mr. Manoj Kumar R began the session with his profound knowledge on the syllabus of Gate Exam. It served good for students who did not have a preface to the exam.
4. Further, he explained about the syllabus of GATE exam. He also mentioned the various exams one can attend while preparing GATE.
5. The GATE Syllabus is very important and must be followed strictly.
6. Short notes must be maintained for all the topics and must be revised thoroughly before the exam.
7. Mock exams must be taken during the time of preparation.
