The event saw enthusiastic participation from 11 teams, each demonstrating their creativity and design skills. Participants were challenged to create book covers inspired by Hollywood films, allowing them to reimagine iconic movies in a visual format. Using advanced design tools like Figma, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva, students showcased impressive levels of creativity, attention to detail, and technical prowess.
The event provided a platform for students to explore digital design techniques and express their artistic interpretation of movie-based themes. Each cover design reflected the student’s unique perspective on the film, effectively translating cinematic narratives into captivating visual representations. Held in the VLSI Classroom, the competition was both engaging and educational, giving participants a chance to apply design concepts and digital artistry in a collaborative and creative setting.
