The MoC audition offered a platform to students to showcase their compering skills and fluency in the language. It enabled them to establish a connect with the audience and overcome stage fear.
The Sweet Talkerz Club of Team IGNITRRON and the Department of English jointly organized MOC AUDITION for all the students of KPRIET on Saturday [14\10\2023]]. The event had a good response of more than 75 registrations. Dr.T. Jayasudha, Head, Department of English was the chief guest of this event. Ms.Brindha.S , Faculty Coordinator and Dr. Suvitha, Assistant Professor, Department of English were the jury members. MC for the event was done by Kaavyah. R. Surya Prakash from III Chemical and Aadhithya VP from II Civil were the event coordinators. The event was fruitful with 40+ participants . It made us pleased to see the interest and confidence among the students. All the participants exhibited their oratorical skills. Many participants showcased their skills in a confident manner. There was a heavy competition among the contestants and they were evaluated based on their pronunciation, modulation, way of handling mike and connecting them with audience. A total of 10 students were shortlisted through the event. Chief Guest and Jury appreciated the participants. The event ended with vote of thanks.
