Report of the Event
The event commenced with the Tamil Thai Valthu followed by the KPR Anthem, setting a respectful and inspiring tone. The welcome address was delivered by Ms. D. Shri Harithraa of II CS D after which Ms. S. Subashini of II CS D introduced the guest speaker.
To honor the guest, a token of appreciation was presented by Dr. S. Meena, Assistant Professor III, Department of Engineering Mathematics, KPRIET.
The technical session began with the speaker giving an overview of the importance of AI tools in research and publishing. She explained the ethical and effective use of AI in academia and introduced around 10-15 AI-based tools for various purposes such as manuscript editing, literature search, summarizing, and presentation creation.

Summarizing & Listening Tools: Speechify, Scholarcy, AudioPen

Faculty-Centric Tools: Eduaide.ai, Quizizz, Eklavvya
She demonstrated their usage and how they can simplify and enhance the process of scientific writing, literature review, and classroom teaching.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where participants clarified their queries and discussed real-time applications of the tools.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. D. Shri Harithraa, followed by the National Anthem, marking the successful completion of the program.
