The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), in association with the Institution’s Innovation and Industry Partnership Cell (IIPC), KPRIET, organized an Industry–Academia Conclave on 21st February 2026 from 09:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The primary objective of the conclave was to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry by creating a platform for meaningful interaction, knowledge exchange, and partnership opportunities. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic curriculum and industry expectations, thereby enhancing students’ employability and industry readiness.
The conclave brought together industry professionals, faculty members, and students to discuss emerging technological trends, industry requirements, skill development strategies, and future career opportunities in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The session emphasized the importance of industry-driven curriculum design, internship opportunities, live projects, research collaboration, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
During the interaction, industry experts shared valuable insights into current market demands, technological advancements, and the competencies required for engineering graduates to excel in the competitive professional environment. The session also provided an opportunity for students to clarify their doubts and gain practical perspectives on career development.
The program concluded with an interactive discussion and a vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of the industry representatives, organizing committee, faculty members, and students. The conclave served as an effective platform to foster stronger industry–institute relationships and to promote collaborative growth.
