KPR Business School, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous, Affiliated to Anna University), organised a hackathon session titled “From Problem to Prototype,” with the theme “From Idea to Demo.” It was held on 31 October 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, in the MBA Lecture Hall. Mr Prabakaran S, Head, Centre for Foreign Languages, KPR Institute of Engineering & Technology, was the resource person.
The session was designed as a practical, beginner-level introduction for student innovators, built around the Think → Make → Test → Share process. It guided MBA students through the stages of turning an idea into a working solution: choosing a real problem worth solving, building a simple prototype, and presenting it with confidence. It emphasised understanding the innovation process, developing a solution hands-on, and communicating it effectively to an audience.
Through this structured approach, students learned how to frame problems from a business perspective, test early concepts, and pitch their ideas persuasively, strengthening their entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and presentation skills.
