HANDS-ON WORKSHOP ON VIRTUAL LAB- A LEARNER'S PERSPECTIVE, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

Dr. Devi Priya R, HoD of CSE department welcomed the chief guest, Mr.P.F.Saneesh, his team and the august gathering for the workshop. Dr.Saravanan, Principal, inaugurated the Amrita Virtual Lab initiative for fostering practical learning among teachers and students. He highlighted the significance of practical sessions alongside classroom conceptual learning. Dr.M.Ramasamy, Secretary, congratulated the team efforts of the department to launch the Amrita Virtual Labs for extended learning and research. He added that the faculty members may explore the learning resources of the same for enriching their research. Mr.P.F.Saneesh took over the session with his interactive way of teaching and conducted the hands-on workshop effectively. He emphasized the scope and usage of virtual lab in this modern era. This workshop was beneficial to all the students and members of faculty of any department. An assessment was conducted for the students at the end of the workshop. Both, faculty and students appreciated the chief guest and his team for their dynamic way of reaching out towards them for learning.
