The Department of Civil Engineering, under the ICI Student Chapter, successfully organized a hands-on training session on “Mechanical and Electrical Layout Planning” for the students of U21CEP18 – Building Services on 09.10.2023 at the BIM Lab. The session was delivered by Er. S. SabrishKumar, Managing Director of SK Structural Firm. The resource person provided practical training on mechanical and electrical service layout planning, building service coordination, and modern industry practices. Students gained hands-on experience in planning and integrating building services effectively, which strengthened their understanding of Course Outcome 2 (CO2) related to building service systems and their practical applications in construction projects.
