At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Understand the fundamentals of drone technology, including the components, working principles, classifications, and applications of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in civil engineering and surveying.
Operate drones safely and effectively by understanding pre-flight checks, flight planning, navigation controls, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Perform aerial surveying and data acquisition for inaccessible or difficult-to-reach locations, enabling efficient collection of geospatial and visual information.
Capture and manage drone-based imagery and survey data for engineering, infrastructure inspection, mapping, and monitoring applications.
