The Newly Joined Faculty Orientation Programme was successfully conducted on 04.07.2026 with the active participation of 63 newly joined faculty members.
The programme aimed to familiarize the faculty with the institution's vision, mission, academic practices, research ecosystem, and administrative processes. Heads and coordinators from various institutional cells delivered informative sessions on their respective domains. The sessions were handled by representatives from CFAC, IQAC, CFRD, IPR, KIC, Branding, CAP, CIIED, Student Affairs (SA), Ignitron, and Sangamam. Each session provided valuable insights into the roles, responsibilities, initiatives, and opportunities available for faculty members. Participants gained a clear understanding of institutional policies, quality assurance practices, research and innovation support, industry collaboration, student engagement activities, and branding initiatives. The orientation also highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement. The interactive sessions enabled the faculty members to clarify their queries and better understand the institutional ecosystem. Overall, the programme served as an effective platform to integrate the newly joined faculty into the academic and administrative framework of the institution and motivated them to contribute towards institutional excellence.
