The Centre for Staff Development (CSD) successfully organized a session titled “Building Research Profile” on 29 August 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the CAC Hall, Chanakya Block. The session was delivered by Dr. R. Maheswar, Head/CFRD, with the objective of enhancing faculty members’ research capabilities and strengthening their professional research profiles.
The session focused on key research components, including developing a strong research profile, identifying research opportunities, publishing quality research, and improving research visibility. Special emphasis was given to research collaboration and networking, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, academic partnerships, industry interaction, and establishing professional research networks.
The resource person shared practical insights and strategies for identifying potential collaborators, building research teams, and exploring opportunities for joint research and funding. The session was interactive and encouraged faculty members to actively participate and share their experiences.
A total of 19 faculty members participated in the session and benefited from the valuable guidance and insights provided.
