The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, in association with IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) and IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (APS), organized TECHFEST-26 on 9 October 2026. The event was open to students from all departments, encouraging interdisciplinary participation and technical engagement.
The fest featured four events: Paper Presentation (Hybrid Mode), Project Presentation, Tech-Connect, and Tech-Quiz. These activities provided opportunities for students to present innovative ideas, demonstrate project outcomes, exchange technical knowledge, and assess their subject expertise.
The event promoted creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, presentation skills, and innovation among students. It also strengthened the role of IEEE student activities in fostering technical learning and collaboration across departments. TECHFEST-26 successfully provided a platform for students to explore emerging technologies and enhance their technical competencies.
